Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer position . This is a remote position to be
located near major city in Western Europe. And as a key member of the team, you will provide technical
expertise to customers while working closely with regional sales team and channel partners on every
phase of the sales cycle. You will be a people-focused tech expert with passion in solving customer’s
problem and attentive to details.
Responsibilities
• Be a technical resource and lead product applications / project implementation for at customer
site.
• Provide post sales technical support for installed systems.
• Act as subject matter expert to assist regional sales to develop solutions for complex applications.
• Conduct routine technical product presentation/demonstration at lunch and learn sessions with
channel partners and customers.
• Technical training in the field with channel partners, consultants, and end users.
• Coordinate pre-sale support with sales managers, representatives and distributors.
• Prepare technical response to RFP/RFI and assist sales managers with project submittals.
• Collaborate with technical support team to provide customer support.
• Work across functional teams including engineering, field/tech support and operations on
continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in tradeshows and other marketing initiative with focus to raise product awareness and
increase sales.
• Responsible to update CRM tool information.
Requirements
• 5 – 10-year experience.
• Bachelor degree in technical fields – ME, EE, CS or equivalent
